Salon M. Nino Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to all of us at Salon M Nino.  This time is reserved especially for you so we can focus on providing the ultimate in service experience.  We understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request proper notice for cancellations and changes.
Please understand that when you fail to cancel your appointment with proper notice, it does not allow us to fill these services/time slots on our schedule:  therefore, it results in lost time and other clients on our waiting list cannot be notified properly.  Appointment times/services booked on our schedule are sometimes made well in advance; please respect our schedule as well as others. 
 
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply as follows at the discretion of management:

• Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount for regular haircuts, styles and single process only services.  Cancellations for corrective color and all types of combination color services will result in 75% of the reserved service amount.
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  Excessive amount of “NO SHOWS” will result in us prohibiting taking an appointment from said client. 
• Any Multiple Service, Special Styling (Wedding, Prom, etc.), Cezanne Treatment or Specialty Make-Up Application must be held with a credit card at time of scheduling. Any of these Special Services not cancelled 21 days in advance of said appointment, will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount due to length of time and special appointment type.  A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
